We partner with organizations and corporations to take a fresh new look at diversity and offer flexible training options, each of which is specifically tailored to your needs. We think of our model as "Diversity Training 2.0." That's because we reject the outdated, confrontational and polarizing training practices of the past that only fuel guilt, shame and resentment. There will be no embarrassing role plays, no demeaning exercises, no rhetoric about rights and victims and no political debates. With the ground-breaking Mirror Images series as its centerpiece, Diversity Done Right's programs are participant centered, unifying, experiential and designed for maximum impact with measurable results. Our skilled facilitators are experts in the field of diversity, cultural competency, organization development and professional training.
We offer a variety of flexible options and all trainings – from initial assessment, to execution, to evaluation – are carefully planned in partnership with you. Fees vary and workshops can be held at our location or yours. We offer train-the-trainer programs, employee workshops and sessions for those who require more intensive diversity training.
